Live, with no history to show yet

The API is serving public traffic. It has not been doing so for long enough to plot a meaningful 90-day uptime history, so this page does not yet show one. We would rather say that plainly than display a figure drawn from a handful of days. Incidents are reported here as they happen.

What this page will report

Each component below gets a live health check, a 90-day uptime history and an incident log as the history accumulates. Measurements come from external probes, not from the servers reporting on themselves.

  • Render API

    POST /v1/render: availability and p95 render duration.

  • Document tools

    Merge, split, compress, OCR and signature endpoints.

  • Dashboard

    Sign-in, document totals, API key management and the ledger.

  • Webhook delivery

    Queue depth and delivery success rate.

Uptime commitments

Paid usage carries a contractual 99.9% monthly uptime commitment, with service credits as the remedy. Documents rendered under the free monthly allowance, and beta features, are served on the same infrastructure but without a contractual guarantee. The Service Level Agreement sets out how documents are calculated, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.
