Every price on this page excludes VAT. If VAT applies where you are — which it does for consumers in the EU and the UK — it is added on top at checkout. Stripe Tax works out the rate for your country and the gross total, VAT shown as its own line, appears before you confirm anything.

Every package, in every currency
Each currency has its own price list, set by us rather than converted at checkout, so the three columns are not exact conversions of each other. The currency you choose is the currency of the software licence, the receipt and any refund. Every figure in the table excludes VAT, which is added on top at checkout where it applies to you.

What each operation costs
Every operation costs a whole number of documents, never a card charge of its own. That is why documents exist at all: a separate card charge for every render would lose much of its value to processing fees, and would put a payment between you and each API call.

Before you pay anything
Every account renders 25 documents a month for free, with one API key and a PDFeather watermark on the output. No card, no trial clock, nothing that turns into a charge when a month is up.
It is an allowance, not a plan: it does not renew, it cannot be cancelled, and it never touches a payment method. When you want more than that, or want the watermark gone, you buy a package of documents and use them at the rates above.
How you can pay
Everything is paid in full at the moment you buy, so a package is never a debt and never a commitment. Each charge buys a software licence, which is delivered electronically the second it clears — the methods on offer are the ones that suit that, not ones built around a shipment. Checkout takes cards and wallets today, and offers whatever else suits where you are. Anything below marked "coming soon" is not on offer yet: we mark each one rather than letting the list imply otherwise.

What we deliberately do not offer
No Klarna, Afterpay and Clearpay, Affirm, instalment plans or invoicing on credit terms. Financing a prepaid service purchase adds credit risk for both of us and buys you nothing: a package costs the same today as it would in four instalments. If you are buying through an employer that needs an invoice against a purchase order, email contact@pdfeather.com and we will arrange it, paid before the package is issued.

What you are buying
PDFeather sells computer software: a licence to use its PDF generation software through an API, sold in prepaid packages and delivered electronically. It is why the card networks carry us under MCC 5734, Computer Software Stores. Electronic delivery to your account at the moment payment succeeds. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery address.
Who you are paying
PDFeather L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Wyoming SOS filing ID 2026-002066679, EIN 30-1507105. We are the seller of record for every purchase.
How the payment is handled
Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. They never reach PDFeather servers and we never see your full card number. Everything is served over HTTPS.
What appears on your statement
Charges show as PDFEATHER.COM, with a suffix naming what was bought. You get an emailed receipt for every charge, without exception, including every package you buy.
Tax and refunds
Every price we publish is exclusive of VAT, so VAT is added on top rather than taken out of the figure shown. Stripe Tax calculates the correct rate for your location at checkout and shows it as its own line; the gross total is what you confirm and what you are charged. Unused documents are refundable pro rata within 14 days of the package that granted them, under our Refunds & returns policy.
What recurs
Nothing at all. There is no subscription, no renewal date, no minimum monthly spend and no saved card charged later. Every payment happens because you started it, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to forget about.
When your card is charged
Only when you buy a package, and only for the package price. Operations use documents, never a card mid-request. Running out of documents returns HTTP 402 and stops the work rather than creating a bill.
