It is a software publisher: what it sells is a licence to use the PDFeather document software, which is why it is classified under merchant category 5734, Computer Software Stores. No physical goods are sold, so nothing is ever shipped and we hold no delivery addresses.
On your card statement
Charges appear as PDFEATHER.COM, with a suffix naming what was bought. The charge is for a software licence, and the receipt says so. Every charge gets an emailed receipt, so there should never be a line you cannot account for.
