Pre-launch: nothing to report yet

The production API is not serving public traffic, so there is no uptime history to show. We would rather say that plainly than display a green tick that means nothing.

What this page will report

At launch, each component below gets a live health check, a 90-day uptime history and an incident log. Measurements come from external probes, not from the servers reporting on themselves.

  • Render API

    POST /v1/render: availability and p95 render duration.

  • Document tools

    Merge, split, compress, OCR and signature endpoints.

  • Dashboard

    Sign-in, balance, API key management and the transaction ledger.

  • Webhook delivery

    Queue depth and delivery success rate.

Uptime commitments

The Scale plan carries a contractual 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. Other plans are served on the same infrastructure but without a contractual guarantee. The terms of the SLA, including how credits are calculated, are part of the Terms of Service.
